For account or data-related questions, include your Support ID. You can find it at the bottom of the Home screen in the app, below your scan history. Tap the copy icon next to the Support ID to copy it.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. You can view or cancel an active subscription in your Apple Account or App Store subscription settings.
Privacy requests
For privacy questions or data deletion requests, email support@scannaai.app and include your Support ID.
